During the day I work for the Corps of Engineers as a Wetlands Biologist. In my free time I do my fair share of knitting, sewing and cross stitching. I learned sewing and cross-stitch from my mother when I was a child and have been enjoying it ever since. Just this year she taught me to knit and now that is my new favorite hobby.
There is nothing I love better than making my son toys and clothes. He really appreciates everything I make for him. In fact he is starting to really take an interest in sewing himself.
I am also the club leader for my son's Camp Fire group.
I am married to a wonderful man, who owns his own painting company - Purple Ocean Painting
I am mother to a wonderful son who is in 3rd grade this year.
